From 5th January 2014 we will be introducing some Community Classes into our timetable.  These classes aim to enable those on lower incomes to attend a variety of drop-in yoga classes. 

You can pay a minimum of 50% off the normal drop-in rate.

60min class - £4

90 min class -£5

Keeping your cool whilst travelling with kids!

Travelling with kids isn't the easiest of the things to do. However with a bit of know-how you can keep your cool and enjoy your holiday as much as the kids.

I just spent two weeks in Morocco with my one year old and we had a blast!  Its important to plan your holiday and try to minimise as much travelling as possible. So here are a few tips I found helped me ALOT!!!

The wrong kind of apple for kids?

I must be the only person in the world without an ipad, a slight exaggeration but it does seem that way and even more so when I visited a friend who’s 7 year old owned one. My friend explained she had downloaded educational apps and her son has learned loads since she bought it for him (I was yet to be convinced).
