Event Description: Have you ever spent all day looking after your baby or young child, and ended up feeling like you have done nothing all day?
Do you sometimes find it hard to feel pleased with what you are doing, and tell yourself you should achieve more?

Come along to Mothers Talking with Naomi Stadlen author of the famous book,
"What Mothers Do", especially when it looks like nothing. Naomi Stadlen is an existential psychotherapist and counsellor, accredited by the UKCP and the BACP. She specialises in seeing mothers, or parents as couples.

These Monday sessions take place between 2-3.30pm every Monday in the store (it is closed on a Monday so it will be a private space) Meetings do not take place if it is a bank holiday.
