Bristol City Yoga provides a full range of classes and therapies for pregnancy, birth and beyond.

Weekly Pregnancy Yoga classes, Pregnancy Pilates, Mum-Baby Yoga, Baby Massage, Children's Yoga and and we also hold fortnightly family yoga workshops. We have regular one-off Birth Preparation workshops for couples every few months and have some upcoming workshops in Hypno-Birthing in early 2013.

Bristol City Yoga is committed to providing a comprehensive service of classes and treatments to support women's health, including menstrual and fertility issues, managing menopause and and pre- and post-natal wellbeing. We have a fully functional therapy room which offers amazing pregnancy and postnatal treatments by our experienced therapists in Stoke's Croft.

Relevant Qualifications and Experience/Training
Laura Gilmore is the Director of BCY. Laura started yoga in 1990 aged 19, and has studied intensively across the UK and internationally with renowned teachers. She holds qualifications from Yoga Alliance and Rishikul Ashram in India.

During her pregnancy in 2007 she trained in pregnancy yoga with Birthlight and postnatal yoga and Baby Yoga with Sitaram Partnership.

She loves to work with women, babies and children and share the joys and challenges of pregnancy, birth and everything beyond.
