Expertise and decription of service(s) provided and what it is helpful for
Yoga. I teach weekly yoga classes for pregnant women, and for postnatal recovery (for mums and babies together). Classes are friendly and supportive, a space to connect with other women and with your baby, and a chance to focus on your own body, mind and heart. I also offer birth preparation sessions for couples, and Saturday morning sessions for mums (without babies).
