my baby life - the UK's premier parent and baby counselling and coaching experience and Member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and the Federation of Antenatal Educators (FEDANT Registered No. 12020). my baby life realises people and parents do not fit generic goals and targets, so our 100% guarantee is that this is unique counselling and coaching for unique people!

my baby life was established to work with parents and parents-to-be on a one-to-one basis to allow them to enjoy the experience of having a baby come into their lives. Too much pressure is placed upon parents to be 'perfect', my baby life empowers parents to enjoy their new life. Life does not need to stop - it is about your baby and you.
my baby life courses and consultations are currently available in Bristol, with select clinics in Bath and London.
Phone consultations are available nationwide.

Nick Hemburrow, an experienced and qualified advanced coach and parent to four children (one new born) founded my baby life to work with parents and parents-to-be in a non-directional way to help them find their inner joy - happiness comes in many different ways. Being human means we are all different - why does the world expect us to conform to a set way of doing things? Feel liberated and create your baby life!

All courses and consultations are on a one-to-one (or two if with partner) basis.

Areas covered, these are by no means exhaustive as each course or consultation is unique to the parents involved, are – trying to conceive, birth, communication, anxiety, stress, sleep deprivation, financial concerns, communication, relationships, your needs, career (including returning to work), interaction with others, confidence issues and general feeling of a loss of self.

Find your inner joy and happiness with your baby and you!

Nick will also be working with young parents (16-20) and parents who have been through a birth trauma or NICU where I will be offering free of charge workshops and one-to-one sessions – please see the my baby life website for further details regarding this.

Trying to conceive - removing mental, emotional and spiritual blocks

Many parent-to-be have issues or concerns when trying to conceive - a number of these areas are medical in nature and the team at my baby life would recommend you visit a relevant practitioner regarding these. However, there are a number of mental, emotional and spiritual blocks that can get in the way of pregnancy.

Concerns about having a baby or making the decision that you 'are going to try to get pregnant' can start a catalogue of concious and… Continue

Pressure on parents

The need to be 'perfect'

I read with horror that parents feel they have failed their children because they did not manage a natural birth, could not breast feed or many other things. Perfect does not exist and neither does failure, what exists is reality and that we can work with. Looking at your present, your reality and being a part of this you will be able to empower your baby life.

Celebrity is the poison of our generation and continues to place pressure on… Continue

Life does not end at baby

It is undoubted that having children changes your life. Looking through eyes of the past, regretting what you cannot do at such ease leads to dissatisfaction but this does not mean life has to end at baby.

I see many people at my baby life who feel that their lives changed after having a baby and all of a sudden they lost sight of who they are. They become unhappy, almost depressed at losing themselves to their new baby life.

Importantly though you have an… Continue
